Are you in favor of legislation enforcing network neutrality? Why or why not?

Internet neutrality is the idea that internet service providers must provide equal access to all customers to content and applications. For example at present the internet services provide to customers is based on network neutrality model because it is designed over the traditional phone lines that did not charge extra for clearer calls vs non-clearer or noisy.

I am in favor of network neutrality. As an ordinary user, I believe that network neutrality is a great source of innovation without a need to seek the permission of the internet providers and it could well lead to new business models. Vibrant democracies need free markets and an unrestricted use of internet and other forms of information sharing resources.
