These cultures are made by the influence of the behavior of the human resource at different levels and also by the impact of technologies and other material resources on the environment of the organizational. In the design of information system, the organizational culture the adaptation and implementation of the information systems. The human resource of an organization develop a need for specific systems over the course of time and the new systems installed have to be in line with them for improved productivity.
