Do you believe it is important to know how to use apostrophes and quotation marks properly? Why or why not? 
Correctly using apostrophes and quotation marks are very important to essays. If you are writing a question out and do not use a question mark, many times people could believe that there was just grammatical error within a statement. The question mark lets people know that the author is actually asking a question. Apostrophes are also important, because they can point out different slang words, or words that are being quoted by people. This can help your paper have validation by adding quotes with apostrophes so that the audience knows these statements were said by people and the author is using the quotes for support.
