Identify a key concept or foundational theory from the first four weeks of class and in half a page discuss how it applies to your current work environment or a recent social, political or business event. Include the chapter and sub topic from your textbook.

From the different types of the concepts of English that have been covered so far, i feel that it is this focus on trying to write with a higher level of efficiency and also with more focus which i like.  I think that good writing can be achieved or attained but to do that, what we also have to consider is the amount of focus that it would require.  In addition to that, i also come to feel that we need to put a lot of that focus on the meaning of revision and to use it in our everyday lives as well.  The more we would be focusing on the issue of revision, the better i also feel that the end product would be.  Therefore, we simply cannot ignore the meaning or the importance of revision when we are working on some piece of writing and so that is yet another important concept that i learned.
