When dealing with acquisitions in businesses, solicitations are very important. Solicitations will eventually become the contract so it needs to be very detailed and carefully made. The solicitation should have all of the specs and tech documents and should also have the quote that the business is looking for. It should also have due dates, instructions, and any of the required documents. They normally request quotes and all of this information is important when buying. If the solicitation has inaccurate information the acquisition could be botched or the other party could go elsewhere due to errors because they could think the company is trying to mislead them.
