What are some benefits involved in the buyers and sellers process?

I believe the major benefit to buyers and sellers process is to establish a trustworthy stream of business. Buyers and sellers have the ability to succeed together, if they remain honest and ethical. While another benefit is the potential to get discounts after doing business for a long period of time, I would go so far as to say that some people would be happy to spend more money for a safe and trustworthy “buyer seller process”. This just highlights the benefit of feeling protected in these situations, regardless of which role you are currently performing, buyer or seller.
