Explain the concept of the good leader. How can one distinguish between leaders and misleaders?

Good leaders are able to continuously get good results by getting the help from other people. A good leader is somebody who is self-aware and knows their strengths and weaknesses so that they can help propel the business into a good place. They can turn a failing company into a very successful company. A lot of being a good leader is changing company culture and also having the vision and the ability to motivate others. With this being said, it should be easy to distinguish between leaders and misleaders. Misleading is the exact opposite, and misleaders will probably seek personal advantages rather than company advantages. They can also be dishonest and do things that hurt the company. This is why company culture is so important because many times a misleader will be very apparent and easily recognized.
