Define ethical issues faced by business leadership.

Business ethics is an important ingredient of the corporate activities. With the promotion of globalization, due to many factors, it has become challenging for managers and leaders to follow business ethics to their letter and spirit (Crane & Matten, 2016). For example leaders have to make a decision between the aims and goals of their businesses. Are they doing business to maximize profit only? Or they have to follow business ethics even if they have to make decisions that do not bring profits. This is the biggest challenge that business leasers face as they themselves are answerable to different shareholders who demand profits and profits only.
