Define organizational behavior (OB). How does it differ from human resource management?

Organizational Behavior

Organization behavior is the analysis of the behavior of a person or a group of people’s reaction to other person or group of peoples as a whole. It is the observation of the behavior of individuals towards the specific circumstances.

The organization is a combination of peoples who are gathered from different places to work for a similar goal with mutual efforts. Firms work with two concepts like cooperativeness and dedication between group members. Behavior is a verbal and physical reaction of a person shown in different consequences of the after effects of individual’s surroundings (Landy, J, Conte, & M, 2016).  The essential features that have great influence on organizational behavior include:
