Discuss the problems encountered in implementing ideas. How can they be overcome? What would you do if some of the problems could not be overcome?

There are a number of problems that could be encountered while implementing an idea. For example other people would act as distractors and stoppers as they would be of the view that the idea is not workable and not even worth trying. Another issue could arise of the limitation of resources. If the required resources that must be present to implement the idea are not present, the implementation of the idea might be challenging.

If some of the problems are not overcome, I would keep trying. But is also depends on the necessity of the idea implementation. If it’s not worth trying again and again, I won’t.
