Technology has made us lazy spellers

I do think that technology has made us poor spellers. The main reason is that as I am writing this text, Microsoft word is making changes automatically to my text to make it grammatically and spelling wise correct. If it didn’t, I would focus on not making any spelling mistakes. I would therefore, call myself a bad speller. I think that I have much room for improvement. I need to start writing on a piece of paper with a pen and then check how many mistakes I make. This is how I would improve my spelling mistakes with time.
