I have selected one project from my working environment. It is related to the sales of the product which is related to the health of the people in urban areas. The main work processes which are involved in the project are related to the involvement of the marketing and sales team, promoting the product, convincing the people and giving the demo of the project. It is really very difficult to sell the product to the people. But if the right strategies are used by the right people at the right time, it is not impossible to sell the product. As a manager, I would suggest that It is important to have good communication skills between the project members. So they can communicate effectively and respond to the situation immediately. Secondly, it is important to assign the work in a team and there should be right task to the right person with individual accountability and responsibility. It will definitely help the project and team members get the things done in the right way at the right time. I have selected Cadbury, a chocolate organization which has the production units around the world. It is giving access to the global market. In fact, it is very easy for the Cadbury to full fill the demand of the chocolate in the world at the right price. Fast and developed Internet facilities are given more opportunities to the firms like Cadbury to full fill the demand of the global market. But still, these companies has to the face lots of competition in the market. I would suggest that the company should hire the local people as according to the countries to understand their taste and full fill their requirement in the right way. It will help the companies like Cadbury in offering the right product to the people as according to their choice.
