Moving all service delivery to the Web where customers can access it when they need it is the most important aspect of building a successful customer service program. Do you agree or disagree? Why?
I disagree because the internet is great for millennials and other who know how to navigate the internet but businesses need to have both in order to have a successful customer service program. Consumers still need to talk to a human on occasion especially with deals with issues or concerns. Also, elders who do not know how to use the internet still need old fashion advertisement and customer service agents available because they cant rely on the internet. Servicing to all audience and age groups is the most important aspect of a customer service program.
