Difference between economic disadvantage and racial privilege

What is the difference between economic disadvantage and racial privilege? Are these equivalent to one another? Why/why not?

Economically disadvantage people do not earn enough money to support their life, therefore, they get financial assistance from the government. On the other hand racial privilege are privileges provided to people due to their specific race, like white privileges.

I think that economically disadvantage and racial privilege are not equivalent. These two are totally different concepts from each other. One is a necessity while other is a privilege.
