Dear Mr. Ryan,

 

Citizen community center has been providing senior citizen its services for more than a decade. Our representative visited your community center and found out that the lawn is out of shape due to the fact that you have discontinued your contract with the previous lawn service provider. I would like to inform you that Lawn Experts have been in the business of lawn management for over 5 years and we have a customer base of hundreds of satisfied customers. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know of our services and request a contract to let us manage your lawn in the future.

 

We have over 50 lawn experts who take care of the lawns of our customers. All our equipment is imported and up to date. In fact, 5 lawn movers have just arrived from Germany. We have all the human and technical resource to manage your lawn and provide the residents and visitors of the Citizen Community Center a green feeling.

 

We usually sign 2 years contracts with our customers. But looking at the noble nature of your business, we are ready to offer a contract of as less as 6 months. You can pay on monthly basis with $500 a month or on bi yearly payment which would be $2400 for 6 months ($400/month). Also, if you like, we can agree on another payment plan that is suitable to you. Our services are not just economical but also efficient as we believe in hard work and customer satisfaction.
